Elite Performance and Training Optimization

Mike Murray retired from the U.S. Army in 2018 after more than 26 years of service. A former member of the 75th Ranger Regiment and Tier 1 Special Mission Unit (SMU), he served 15 years as an Operator in positions including Assaulter, Sniper, Team Leader and Troop Sergeant Major.

Optimal performance of any kind is Mike’s lifelong passion. He founded Grey Tower Consulting Group (GTCG) to translate tactical experience gained through 48 months of combat deployment into real-world practical applications for law enforcement and civilians alike. Through discipline, focus, and self-awareness, he believes anyone can improve mental and physical capacity and contribute to mission success.

GTCG, based in Northern Virginia, serves clients across the Greater DMV Metro Area. It is a 100% disabled veteran-owned and operated business.
